Alicia is a Registered Dietitian working as an Outpatient Clinical Dietitian on the Upper East Side in New York City and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  

She received her Master’s of Science in Nutrition from Brooklyn College, having completed her Dietetic Internship with a focus on Clinical Nutrition at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. 

Prior to obtaining her degree in Nutrition, she received her Bachelor of Arts in English from The George Washington University and worked as an Account Executive within the fashion industry for seven years. 

Alicia’s approach to nutrition is simple; don’t sweat the small stuff and enjoy everything (in moderation)!  She is a true “foodie” and loves to try new restaurants with family and friends.  She is an avid cook and enjoys trying new recipes and experimenting with old ones.  Alicia and her family reside on Long Island where they share their love of food, fitness, and travel.
